League Rules and FAQs

The game is played 7 on 7 on a CFL sized field, with all players eligible as receiver. The QB will take the snap 8 yards (+/-) behind the line of scrimmage and the defense can send a Rusher from 5 yards back.

Like the professional tackle leagues, this gives the QB about 2 seconds to throw a pass, or scramble to elude the rusher and extend the play. There are 3 downs to get 10 yards.

There is no tackling, no blocking, no chucking/jamming (contact with the receiver at the line of scrimmage), and fumbles are automatically dead.

As such, the game favours speed over size, and is less hard on the body.
